The prime location in an upscale area offers stunning views of the Nile and nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and a special shoutout to Omar for his assistance. The nearby Lebanese restaurant provided delicious meals, with an excellent choice of meat dishes, making dining convenient and enjoyable. However, there were delays in room service at times, and some amenities could be better maintained. Nonetheless, the atmosphere was inviting and sophisticated.

Staying at this beautiful hotel was incredible for my family, including our newborn. The highlights were the stunning decor and the magical ambiance, making our time there truly feel like a vacation. Zamalek's waterfront dining was such a treat. we loved every moment!
